Devotional:

Different is good. God has given varied gifts to His church different gifts, different ministries, different activities, but the same Spirit, the same Lord, the same God. The kingdom includes every tribe, tongue, and nation; every political persuasion and socioeconomic level. An excellent church welcomes everyone and celebrates differences while standing united on essential truths: Scripture as God's Word, Jesus as Lord, and salvation in Him alone. Don't expect everyone to serve, worship, give, or think exactly like you. The church isn't producing clones; we're building the kingdom. Thank God for charismatic, reformed, liturgical, and every expression of genuine faith that lifts up Jesus.
