Living on Mission

Matthew 28:18-20

Jesus came near and said to them, “All authority has been given to me in heaven and on earth. Go, therefore, and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe everything I have commanded you. And remember, I am with you always, to the end of the age.”

Jesus calls us not just to be recipients of His love, but to be active participants in His mission. Today's readings remind us of the Great Commission - our call to make disciples of all nations. This isn't just a task for professional missionaries; it's a calling for every believer. How are you living out this mission in your daily life? It might seem daunting, but remember that Jesus promises His presence as we go. Start by praying for opportunities to share God's love with others. Look for ways to naturally integrate your faith into conversations. Most importantly, let your life be a living testimony of God's transforming grace. Ask God to give you boldness and wisdom as you seek to live on mission for Him.
